You will serve as a trusted advisor to physicians, key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders by providing high-quality clinical and commercial insights that support better patient outcomes.</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="line-height: 115%;">You have knowledge of the cardiovascular and/or peripheral interventions field, ideally some experience in sales and account management but most important of all: you are that kind of person that knows how to navigate conversations with the physicians and other key opinion leaders you’re dealing with in this role. For us, that means being open, approachable and having great communication skills. Quick, you have your answer ready without coming across as arrogant or the know-it-all. Ideally you live somewhere in the area as you will cover clients from Gelderland to Groningen. You will work collectively with the team to develop the annual strategic plan by sharing detailed business intelligence for the accounts in your responsibility.</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%;"><strong><u><span style="line-height: 115%;">Your responsiblities also include:</span></u></strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" type="disc"><li style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;"><strong><span style="line-height: 115%;">Developing a stakeholder map</span></strong><span style="line-height: 115%;">, defining touchpoints and setting up an action plan for each of them. Based on your interactions with them, you are also able to spot upcoming tenders and commercial opportunities – and take action. </span></li><li style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;"><strong><span style="line-height: 115%;">Identifying and managing sales opportunities </span></strong><span style="line-height: 115%;">by stepping in for clinical selling opportunities in collaboration with the business development manager and national sales manager. </span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%;"><strong><u><span style="line-height: 115%;">Your background</span></u></strong></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="line-height: 115%;">Personality and soft skills are more important than in-depth expertise – even though the expertise is also very welcome. Aside from that sparkling, entrepreneurial personality and skills we want you to either bring in-depth account management experience in the Med (Tech) environment to the table, or otherwise the industry specific expertise in the cardiovascular and/or peripheral interventions field. Even if sales/account management has never been the core of your responsibilities, we’d like to learn from experiences earlier in your life where you may have applied similar skills. In the ideal world, you have got it all – of course – but we also know that mindset and skills are crucial to your success.
