ADMIN ACCOUNTANT/ADMIN CLERK/ADMIN ASSISTANT
About the role
We are seeking a full-time Admin Accountant/Admin Clerk/Admin Assistant to join our team at Medi Valdor Sdn Bhd in Penang.We are a 24 hour operating clinic nearby Batu Kawan area.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and accounting support while communicating with the appointed accounting firm to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Invoicing ,Generating SOAs and related accounting documents with the help of our Clinic Operating System.
- Maintaining and organizing financial records and documentation
- Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing and document management
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our accounting and administrative processes
- Relevant experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably within the Accounting industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
