ADMIN ACCOUNTANT/ADMIN CLERK/ADMIN ASSISTANT

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Admin Accountant/Admin Clerk/Admin Assistant to join our team at Medi Valdor Sdn Bhd in Penang.

We are a 24 hour operating clinic nearby Batu Kawan area.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and accounting support while communicating with the appointed accounting firm to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
  • Invoicing ,Generating SOAs and related accounting documents with the help of our Clinic Operating System.
  • Maintaining and organizing financial records and documentation
  • Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing and document management
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our accounting and administrative processes
What we're looking for
  • Relevant experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably within the Accounting industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organisational skills
