<h2>Position Overview</h2>Blue Acorn iCi is looking for an App Builder Developer to create web applications as extensions of the Adobe Workfront platform. This role will focus on rapid experimentation using Adobe App Builder, pressure testing use cases, and validating platform capabilities through a fail-fast approach. The ideal candidate will bring a strong web development background, experience with Adobe technologies, and the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable solutions.This is a unique opportunity for a developer who can blend technical expertise with business collaboration, helping to define extension strategies, establish customization guardrails, and identify scalable patterns for future platform growth. Location: Remote in Mexico<hr><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>App Builder Development</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement web applications using Adobe App Builder within the Workfront platform.</li><li>Build and maintain web application extensions within or adjacent to Workfront.</li><li>Utilize React, Node.js, and App Builder frameworks to create scalable and maintainable solutions.</li><li>Partner with internal teams to identify and implement scalable extension patterns.</li></ul><h3>Rapid Experimentation & Use Case Validation</h3><ul><li>Support rapid experimentation initiatives using Adobe App Builder.</li><li>Pressure test initial business use cases and validate platform capabilities.</li><li>Apply a fail-fast methodology to quickly assess solution viability and recommend next steps.</li><li>Prototype and iterate on applications based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.</li></ul><h3>Business Partnership & Requirements Gathering</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.</li><li>Translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>Support marketing operations and workflow automation initiatives where applicable.</li><li>Help identify opportunities to improve processes through platform extensions and automation.</li></ul><h3>Governance & Platform Strategy</h3><ul><li>Help define and maintain guardrails around customization and business requirements.</li><li>Assist in filtering and prioritizing enhancement requests.</li><li>Promote scalable development practices and platform governance standards.</li><li>Maintain a structured approach to development, testing, documentation, and deployment.</li></ul><hr><h2>Required Skills & Experience</h2><ul><li>Experience developing web applications.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js.</li><li>Experience with Adobe App Builder or similar extension and extensibility frameworks.</li><li>Ability to build web application extensions within or adjacent to the Workfront platform.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.</li><li>Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, experimental environment.</li></ul><hr><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.</li><li>Adobe platform experience.</li><li>Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.</li><li>Experience supporting marketing operations initiatives.</li><li>Experience with workflow automation and process optimization solutions.</li><li>Experience establishing governance practices and customization guardrails.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul><hr><h2></h2>About Blue Acorn iCi Blue Acorn iCi, a business unit of Infosys Nova Holdings, LLC, is a digital experience partner helping global brands design, build, and optimize the future of customer engagement.
