Act as a point of contact for any guest complaints or issues, working to promptly resolve them and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, services, and promotions offered at Dave & Buster's in order to effectively assist guests and make recommendations. Train and mentor new customer service team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Ensure that all customer service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked, maintaining a visually appealing environment for guests. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following all company procedures and policies. Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage and game operations, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
