L1 Technical Support (IT Help Desk)
Position: L1 Technical Support/IT Help Desk

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Level 1 technical support via calls, chat, and email.
2. Troubleshoot basic system, software, and network issues.
3. Log, track, and manage support tickets efficiently.
4. Follow SOPs for issue resolution and escalation.
5. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 support teams.
6. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with users.

Shift Timings:

1. 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM
2. 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)

Working Days:

1. Sunday fixed off.
2. Six-day working week.

Salary:

₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

  4. Required Skills:
  5. 1. Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  6. 2. Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.
  7. 3. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  8. 4. Comfortable working in an international process environment.
