Junior Operations Associate - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling SoulUp conversations with therapists
2. Curating our therapist network
3. Getting feedback on calls/sessions
4. Helping users understand therapy and diagnosis offerings
5. Working on our Shopify platform to make simple changes

Please note this is a 6-day role. Fridays are off and Sundays are working.
