Marketing Executive
About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to grow our agency's presence and brand awareness in the Malaysia market. This is an in-house role focused entirely on marketing our own company — driving visibility, generating leads, and establishing us as a credible digital marketing partner in the region. You will own our digital channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the agency's digital marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and market presence in Malaysia
- Plan and manage full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEM, paid social, display advertising, and email
- Own and enhance the agency's Malaysia-facing digital platforms — including website, landing pages, and local listings — ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimised
- Support online lead generation and sales with targeted paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar platforms)
- Manage the agency's brand image and tone of voice consistently across all digital touchpoints
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and channel performance; translate data into actionable improvements
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights specific to the Malaysia market to inform strategy
- Coordinate with internal creative and account teams to produce on-brand content and marketing materials
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or tech environment
- Hands-on experience running SEM and/or paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals — SEO, SEM, content, analytics
- Strong written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting campaign data and deriving insights
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
