Care Coordinator (Healthcare) | Hybrid Remote

Pay: $22.00-$24.00/hr

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Contract Length: 3 Months

Work Setup: Onsite during training, remote after training

Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Are you passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare journey? We're seeking a Care Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for patients, providers, insurance plans, and specialty pharmacies. In this role, you'll help coordinate benefits, prior authorizations, medication access, appointments, and financial assistance programs to ensure patients receive the support they need.

What You'll Do

• Support patients throughout the medication access process
• Coordinate with insurance plans, providers, and specialty pharmacies
• Assist with benefit verification, prior authorizations, and appeals
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate case records
• Advocate for patients and help overcome access-to-care barriers

What We're Looking For

✅ HUB, Patient Services, or Care Coordination experience

✅ Strong knowledge of insurance, reimbursement, prior authorizations, and appeals

✅ Healthcare call center or customer service experience

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience navigating multiple systems and documenting case activity

✅ Reliable internet and strong computer skills

This is a Contract position based out of Morrisville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
