They are seeking a Business Operations Intern to assist in various operational tasks, including HR functions, financial modeling, and process improvement while collaborating with the founding team on impactful projects. Responsibilities Operations for an early-stage startup – getting exposure to all parts of the business. This can include HR functions, finances, logistics, and paying bills Data work and financial modeling Help design and improve business processes that drive real results Collaborate with Sparrow’s founders and team on high-impact projects Be a jack-of-all trades, wearing many hats Skills Is a natural organizer/coordinator Has an affinity with spreadsheets / numbers / math Is great at multi-tasking and time management Has strong communication skills Is quick to learn how to use new programs Has interest in breaking into the growing AI / GenAI space Someone excited about startups, technology, and learning by doing Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, especially when engaging with angel investors Fast learner, comfortable navigating new tools and concepts Creative thinker who enjoys solving complex challenges Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and shared success Benefits Receive one-on-one mentorship and growth guidance from experienced startup leaders.
