OM Housing is seeking a Project Manager for their Food Minerva & Genesis Program, which is a high-impact enterprise transformation initiative. The role involves driving execution across multiple strategic workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing visibility to senior leadership on critical initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams Manage milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths Ensure project plans align with approved scope and delivery objectives Monitor project progress, deliverables, and overall project health Track workstream commitments and key milestones Drive corrective actions to address schedule variances Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) Identify bottlenecks and cross-functional dependencies Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks when needed Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates Facilitate governance meetings and executive reviews Provide actionable insights and decision support Coordinate across business, engineering, testing, change management, and deployment teams Drive collaboration and accountability across stakeholders Support seamless execution from build through go-live Assess impacts of scope changes on timeline, budget, and resources Facilitate change control processes and approvals Ensure approved changes are reflected in project plans Coordinate go-live readiness activities Track cutover execution and stabilization efforts Support post-launch hypercare and project closure activities Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports Support audit and compliance requirements Ensure project documentation reflects delivery outcomes Skills 4+ years of Project Management experience Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives Strong project planning, governance, and risk management skills Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting experience Proven ability to manage competing priorities in matrixed environments Strong organizational, leadership, and execution skills Experience supporting enterprise technology or transformation programs 5+ years of Project Management experience Company Overview Residential property acquisition and management with OMHousing.
