[Remote] Sr Product Designer

They are seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join their Financial Incentives team, where the candidate will be responsible for designing user-facing features and internal tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the claims and payments engine. Responsibilities Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery and concepting through to launch with our Financial Incentives Team Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems in payments, claims, and eligibility Lead and participate in user research efforts to bring user insights into every stage of the design process Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences that improve efficiency for internal teams and delight our members Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define problem spaces, and advocate for thoughtful design solutions Contribute to and evolve our design system and component libraries Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the organization Skills 2–3+ years of experience designing digital products—ideally across both internal tools and consumer-facing applications Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation and research through to polished UI and implementation support A clean and modern aesthetic sensibility—you design for clarity, simplicity, and delight Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you're able to synthesize feedback and advocate for users A self-starting, humble mindset—you seek out feedback, challenge assumptions, and iterate based on real-world evidence A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure success Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback Benefits Equity incentive Flexible PTO Medical/Dental/Vision plan options 401(k) Teladoc Health Company Overview Powering Businesses with Agentic AI Solutions, Digital Transformation & Global Capability Centers For over 25 years, SA Technologies has been a trusted partner in technology consulting and outsourcing, helping enterprises optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and scale intelligently.
