Sales & Marketing Executive

Your Role:
- Plan, execute & manage all sales activities
- Engage and expand new & existing client networks
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitors
- Provide top-notch customer service and follow-up
- Conduct product training, installation, or consultation if needed
- Monitor sales performance and account receivables
- Travel to customer sites when required (vehicle provided)
- SPM and above; sales experience in manufacturing is a big plus
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin is an added advantage!
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation & follow-up skills
- Willing to travel and get things done on time
- Hungry to learn, grow, and succeed
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales KPIs
Remuneration Package:
- High Commission Rate: 3%–5% per sale – uncapped earning potential!
