JOB PURPOSE

The Recruiting Supervisor plays a critical role in leading, transforming, and elevating the organization’s recruiting function. This position is responsible not only for overseeing daily recruitment activities, but also for building scalable processes, implementing systems, and driving continuous improvement across talent acquisition.

This role requires a hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who takes full ownership of recruiting operations, including end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Supervisor will partner with leadership and hiring managers to ensure recruiting strategies are effective, efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate is technically savvy, highly analytical, and proactive, with the ability to independently identify opportunities, develop solutions, and execute improvements without requiring direction to build processes. In addition, this role will coach, mentor, and develop the recruiting team while maintaining strong individual recruiting expertise to support complex hiring needs.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

§ Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

§ Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on recruitment support when needed for critical or hard-to-fill roles

§ Establish clear performance expectations, metrics, and development plans for team members

§ Design, build, and continuously improve recruiting processes, workflows, and SOPs to increase efficiency and scalability

§ Identify process gaps and independently develop practical solutions—not just escalate issues, but resolve them

§ Standardize recruiting practices across the organization to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality

§ Lead initiatives to enhance candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and time-to-fill

§ Own the full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

§ Serve as the internal SME for ATS functionality, workflows, reporting, and user adoption

§ Partner with stakeholders (HR, IT, vendors) to ensure successful rollout and continuous system improvement

§ Train recruiters and hiring managers on ATS usage and best practices

§ Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system compliance

§ Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations from requisition intake through onboarding

§ Ensure recruiting standards are met (posting timelines, approvals, reporting accuracy, announcements, etc.)

§ Manage recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and agency performance

§ Ensure headcount alignment (MPA vs agency) with approved budgets

§ Develop, maintain, and enhance recruiting dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and other systems

§ Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion, etc.) to drive decisions

§ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership

§ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all recruiting reports (WMM, trackers, bonuses, relocations, etc.)

Employment Type - Non-Exempt

Compensation - Annual Salary , $71,896.32 - 106,406.56
