This role is ideal for Chennai-based female candidates who can efficiently handle administrative and coordination tasks from home during day-time hours. Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative activities such as maintaining records, data entry, and follow-ups
- Manage internal communications and coordinate between teams
- Assist with HR-related tasks, scheduling, and documentation
- Monitor email inboxes, prepare reports, and organize digital files
- Respond to basic queries and ensure smooth remote office functioning
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications and Requirements
- Female candidates based in Chennai (preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline (Admin or Management background preferred)
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and online tools
- Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented
